The Booking Process
Six easy steps to your holiday
- Use the links on the right to check availability, rates and what
is included in the rental package. Please read the Rental Terms and
Conditions.
- Use the simple contact form
to tell us your preferred dates.
Please feel free to call with any other questions you
may have prior to booking.
- We will confirm and reserve these dates for you for up to 7 days. We will also give you
details of how to pay and we will answer any other questions about the property or your holiday.
- Once you have received our confirmation, you will complete the
booking form within 7 days, and send a deposit for 25%
of the total rental price to the address supplied in step 3 above. Cheques
or electronic funds transfers to our bank account are accepted. This deposit is not normally refundable.
If, however, cancellation is received at least 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday we will
endeavour to resell the period and, if successful, refund the deposit less any additional costs incurred.
We will email you with confirmation of receipt of your payment and booking form.

- Just 8 weeks before your holiday starts, you will send us the balance of payment plus £250 as a security deposit
against serious damages. This security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental period providing
that it has been left in a satisfactory condition.
- On receipt of your final payment, we will send you a final letter
of confirmation, directions on how to find
the property and information about contact details for our caretaker. She will greet you on arrival, show you round,
give you keys and answer any questions you may have so that you can quickly settle into your holiday.
